From the very beginning, my work has been about creating experiences that nourish.

For years, I poured my heart into the food, beverage, and hospitality world — working alongside incredible chefs, running my own restaurants, and witnessing the way a meal, shared with care, could shift someone’s entire day. I was in love with food not just as a flavor, but as a way to transform how people felt, to create connection and joy through every plate.

Yet, something deeper was always calling me. I had long sensed my intuition, but in time, my psychic senses began to expand in ways I couldn’t ignore. My inner world was shifting - again and again - guiding me towards a new kind of service.

Over the past several years, I’ve immersed myself in spiritual and energetic studies. I became a certified meditation teacher through The Path, trained in somatic and energetic healing through Medicine Hands under Angie Ría Pope, and awakened my Light Language abilities, becoming certified as a Light Language Activator by Mariko Frederick. I continue to study the subtleties and nuance of tea energetics under Master Po at Heaven’s Tea, learning to use tea ceremony as plant magic to engage in a higher level of vibrational medicine.

Today, I bring all these threads together — the deep care of hospitality, the sensory awareness of a chef, and the transformative power of energy work — to help people reconnect to themselves, awaken their gifts, and experience profound shifts in mind, body, and spirit.
